- Develop 5-10 year innovation roadmaps aligned with market evolution and customer needs
- Champion future-proofing initiatives across product development and operational frameworks
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into organizational DNA
- Deliver trend briefings to executive teams and key stakeholders
- Lead scenario planning for market disruptions and systemic risks
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into narratives
- Experience with AI/ML tools for predictive analytics and pattern recognition
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
