- Produce high-impact trend reports and innovation roadmaps
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate foresight into product development
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and industry boards
- Monitor emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial applications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with trend forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future trends
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIF) preferred
