Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and socio-political trends to forecast 2026+ market opportunities and disruptions
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present trend insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on future scenarios
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in high-growth environments
