- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain an innovation ecosystem with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Author forward-looking white papers and thought leadership content
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic innovation frameworks
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism domains
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC) preferred
