Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, AI evolution, and socio-economic shifts to forecast industry transformations through 2035

- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future intelligence into product roadmaps and business planning
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and think tanks to capture cutting-edge insights

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or equivalent advanced qualification
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, decentralized systems)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to map interdependencies across global ecosystems
- Experience developing scenario planning frameworks and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation (articles, white papers, books)
