Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 innovation roadmaps identifying disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping next-gen products and services
- Advise executive team on emerging tech risks/opportunities (quantum, AGI, bio-digital)
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Translate complex foresight data into actionable business strategies
- Drive patent programs for breakthrough innovations
- Mentor innovation teams in futurist methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and tech adoption curves
- Proven track record launching future-facing products/services
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain)
- Strong data analysis and strategic modeling capabilities
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
