Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to create 5-year innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios and strategic priorities
- Develop actionable frameworks for technology adoption and disruption mitigation
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry conferences
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into R&D pipelines
- Monitor geopolitical and economic indicators affecting innovation landscapes
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong presentation and communication skills with executive audiences
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology journals
- Experience leading global cross-cultural teams and projects
