Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and societal shifts to develop 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks
- Design scenario planning models for quantum adoption, neuro-interfaces, and climate tech disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Establish partnerships with academic labs and emerging tech incubators
- Author quarterly trend briefings for executive stakeholders and board members
- Develop ethical guardrails for next-generation AI and biotechnology implementations
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum systems, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership on tech-society intersections (IEEE, Nature Futures, etc.)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies: Delphi, horizon scanning, and cross-impact matrix
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on technology disruption scenarios
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant technical field
