Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 3-5 year innovation roadmaps aligned with market evolution
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-forward solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and key stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to incubate breakthrough technologies
- Anticipate societal shifts and their impact on business models
- Drive innovation culture through workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in trend analysis and scenario planning
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and prototyping
- Exceptional communication with technical and non-technical audiences
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism
