Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks by analyzing emerging tech, market shifts, and socio-economic trends
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype breakthrough solutions for climate resilience, quantum computing, and neural interfaces
- Present strategic recommendations to the board with data-backed impact projections
- Partner with R&D to commercialize patent-pending technologies in sustainable energy and immersive computing
- Mentor junior strategists and build an internal futurist certification program
- Author quarterly 'Future Horizons' reports distributed to 500+ industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience with 5+ years in strategic foresight
- Proven track record of launching products/services based on future trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic risk modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into compelling narratives
- Published thought leadership in top-tier innovation journals or platforms
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on 5-10 year transformation strategies
