Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026+ market disruptions
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global forums
- Mentor internal innovation teams on future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of successfully implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their convergence
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published author or keynote speaker in innovation/futurism spaces
- Experience leading global teams across diverse cultural contexts
