Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global technology, economic, and societal trends through 2030
- Develop innovation frameworks and strategic roadmaps for 2026+ product ecosystems
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-proofing into corporate strategy
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Produce forward-looking reports and scenario-planning models for stakeholder audiences
- Drive pilot programs for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future planning
- Proven track record of translating trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation
