Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for exponential growth opportunities
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development
- Author thought leadership reports on societal impacts of emerging technologies
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions with 2026 market entry
- Advocate ethical innovation frameworks for responsible tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend extrapolation methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep understanding of technological singularity and disruption patterns
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on 2030+ strategic pivots
