Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, demographic shifts, and geopolitical developments to forecast market opportunities through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks and scenario-planning models for emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AI ethics)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and executive briefings on future-of-work paradigms
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academic researchers, and industry disruptors
- Advise leadership on risk mitigation strategies for technological singularity and societal disruption scenarios
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research with proven impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi technique, backcasting)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented projects or published research
- Experience advising executive teams on transformational change initiatives
