- Author white papers on sustainable innovation and human-machine collaboration
- Design predictive models for market shifts and technological inflection points
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026 adoption
- Represent the firm at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Experience developing future-ready business models and adaptation frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) strongly preferred
