Responsibilities

- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market disruption

- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to prototype future-facing solutions

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech domains
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing C-level audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS)
