Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech, etc.) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ markets
- Develop and maintain horizon scanning frameworks using proprietary AI-powered trend detection systems
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions aligned with strategic objectives
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and board members through compelling visual narratives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to co-create future-proof business models
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for emerging technology validation
- Author forward-looking white papers and thought leadership content for industry publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and disruption modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-level audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic initiatives launched 3-5 years ahead of market
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, STEEP analysis)
- Experience leading cross-cultural innovation teams across global markets
