Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year innovation roadmaps integrating emerging technologies (quantum AI, neurotech, climate modeling)
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Scenarios' workshops with C-suite executives and industry disruptors
- Author annual 'Horizon Report' predicting market shifts and regulatory impacts for 2026+ landscape
- Manage $2M innovation portfolio, evaluating startups and IP acquisition opportunities
- Champion ethical AI frameworks and sustainable design principles across product development
- Present strategic foresight to global stakeholders at Davos-level summits and patent symposiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurist roles with Fortune 500/tech unicorns
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent innovation discipline
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Tech Review
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ scalable innovations launched in the past 5 years
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption curves
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/R) for data modeling
