Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global technological, demographic, and market trends to forecast 2026+ innovation horizons
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-state scenarios and roadmaps
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight insights into commercial offerings
- Deliver executive briefings on future disruption risks and opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications on innovation strategy
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, biotech, quantum, or space systems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published work in innovation or futurism domains
- Global perspective with cross-cultural collaboration expertise
