Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, AI advancements, and demographic shifts to forecast 2026+ market opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for emerging risks and disruptive innovations
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype and validate future-facing products and services
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Design and implement horizon scanning methodologies for early trend detection
- Mentor innovation teams in applying futures-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or corporate innovation
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive technology assessment
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Experience launching at least one future-oriented product/service to market
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
