Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps with actionable 18-36 month implementation plans
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruption risks and opportunity vectors
- Produce foresight reports and scenario models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and future-readiness metrics
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable insights
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformation initiatives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
