Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global tech, societal, and economic trends impacting 2026+ landscape
- Design and implement strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for emerging market opportunities
- Partner with R&D to integrate frontier technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI) into product development
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation impact and ROI of future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Innovation, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful innovation frameworks
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, biotech)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
