Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps for quantum AI integration and bio-digital convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in immersive environments
- Present executive-level insights to board members on emerging market disruptions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for future R&D
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine augmentation
- Drive organizational change management for future-of-work transformations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting at Fortune 500 level
- Proven expertise in emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neurotech, AGI)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals or platforms
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and Monte Carlo simulations
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
- Demonstrated success in implementing future-proof organizational strategies
- Strong network with academic futurists and tech pioneers
