Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to map technological and societal trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-based innovation roadmaps for C-suite executives across industries
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market inflection points
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational resilience
- Author high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics frameworks
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Translate complex foresight insights into compelling strategic narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing future-ready strategies for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, climate tech
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- Fluency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, cross-impact analysis)
- Executive-level presentation and workshop facilitation skills
