Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and forecast market impacts through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks and scenario planning for future business environments
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate risks
- Partner with product teams to integrate future trends into 18-36 month roadmaps
- Author thought leadership content and present strategic insights to stakeholders
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, corporate foresight, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record translating future insights into business strategy execution
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Strong network of futurists and technologists across industries
