Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotech, etc.) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite leadership
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes) positioning company as industry futurist
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Establish horizon-scanning ecosystems with academic, government, and startup partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial/business impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of emerging tech (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leader in futurism or innovation (articles, books, talks)
