Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning

- Produce actionable innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs and ROI projections
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor emerging technologies and geopolitical shifts to assess impact on business strategy
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of radical innovation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotechnology, quantum computing)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience facilitating executive workshops and presenting to C-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation domains
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
