Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and space exploration domains
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into future scenarios
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed foresight into corporate strategy
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote at global innovation forums
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend extrapolation
- Exceptional storytelling skills with data visualization proficiency
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Published author or speaker at future-focused conferences (Tedx, WEF, etc.)
