Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology trends (AI, quantum, biotech) and their business implications through 2030
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and innovation roadmaps for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future scenario planning and disruption mapping
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with long-term vision
- Present actionable insights to stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify partnership opportunities
- Build and mentor a high-performing foresight team
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies with proven impact analysis
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend synthesis capabilities
- Strong executive communication with data-driven storytelling skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformation
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFP) preferred
