Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating foresight into product development and business models
- Present trend reports and innovation frameworks at industry conferences and executive retreats
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Future Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field with 8+ years of foresight experience
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption curves
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives launched in the past 3 years
