- Analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Foster an innovation culture through thought leadership and internal workshops
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Monitor and report on the innovation pipeline's ROI and strategic alignment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, corporate foresight, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful products/services with global impact
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills with experience engaging executive audiences
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech ecosystems
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, ICP) strongly preferred
