Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and translate insights into actionable strategic frameworks
- Develop scenario-planning models for 2026+ market landscapes and disruptive innovation vectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-state visions with executive stakeholders
- Produce forward-looking intelligence reports and trend briefs for Fortune 500 clients
- Architect innovation ecosystems bridging emerging technologies with market opportunities
- Advose on ethical implications of exponential technologies and societal impact
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, R&D innovation, or futurist advisory roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future concepts
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation publications
- Experience developing enterprise-level strategic roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, APF) preferred
