- Develop and implement 2026+ innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and launching disruptive ventures in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Conduct futures research and publish strategic insights for executive decision-making
- Design human-centered solutions addressing megatrends: climate resilience, neuro-ergonomics, and decentralized networks
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global think tanks
- Drive cultural transformation by embedding foresight methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, corporate innovation, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Proven track record of launching successful innovation initiatives valued at $10M+
- Advanced proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, backcasting)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures research or innovation frameworks
