Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their business implications through horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ product development and market expansion initiatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable innovation projects
- Establish KPI frameworks for tracking emerging technology adoption and competitive disruption
- Author high-impact thought leadership content for executive audiences and industry publications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and C-suite with data-backed confidence
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or corporate foresight roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience with AI-powered forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
