Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive trend intelligence frameworks for 2026+ technology, market, and societal shifts
- Design scenario-planning models to quantify impact of emerging innovations on business operations
- Lead cross-functional workshops translating foresight research into executable product roadmaps
- Author high-impact strategic briefings for C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to pioneer next-gen methodologies
- Mentor junior futurists and curate the organization's innovation pipeline
- Represent the company at global foresight forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into market-leading products
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures methodologies
