Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop and communicate compelling future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to generate and evaluate disruptive concepts
- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory environments to anticipate market disruptions
- Translate foresight insights into product development roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in innovation strategy, product development, or futures research
- Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging trends (e.g., AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping methodologies
