Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning technology vision with business goals.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Neurotech) and assess their applicability to our ecosystem.
- Lead the Innovation Lab, incubating new products and services that capture market share before competitors.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure buy-in for long-term technological investments.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in the technological landscape to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or R&D leadership.
- Strong understanding of emerging tech trends, specifically in AI and data science.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
