Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, identifying disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling pilot projects for next-gen solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and venture capital firms
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive leadership with data-driven insights
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of experimentation and rapid iteration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of launching commercialized products/services from concept to market
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight frameworks
