Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 foresight reports analyzing technological, economic, and social megatrends
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Design strategic roadmaps aligning R&D investments with 5-year market evolution projections
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into development lifecycles
- Host executive workshops on scenario planning and risk mitigation for 2026 market landscapes
- Build and mentor a dedicated innovation lab team focused on exponential technologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in innovation strategy, futurism, or emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record developing and implementing 5+ year strategic foresight frameworks
- Expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, nanotech)
- Strong publication record in foresight journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent advanced degree
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-ready solutions brought to market
