Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight strategy through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Partner with government agencies to shape policy frameworks for autonomous infrastructure deployment
- Direct the rollout of our Neuro-Adaptive Interface platform for accessibility applications
- Champion sustainable tech initiatives achieving 90% carbon neutrality in product lifecycles
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and innovation specialists through quarterly deep-dive workshops
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact projections
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or futurism with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching technologies adopted by >1M users within 3 years
- Expertise in quantum computing, neurotech, or climate simulation ecosystems
- Published author or keynote speaker at Davos, CES, or equivalent forums
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (ACF) or Innovation Management (INSEAD)
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding from public-private partnerships
- Portfolio showcasing at least 3 commercialized innovations with measurable societal impact
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis) and AI-driven prediction platforms
