Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in corporate innovation strategy or futures research
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-proofing projects
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and systems thinking frameworks
