Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum AI, bio-integration, climate resilience)
- Lead moonshot projects with $2M+ budgets and 15+ cross-functional teams
- Publish quarterly trend reports read by Fortune 500 C-suite executives
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Secure partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA JPL, and World Economic Forum
- Mentor 5+ futurist apprentices through our Horizon Fellowship program
- Drive patent development (8+ filings/year) in exponential technology domains
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent with 7+ years in tech innovation
- Proven track record leading $1M+ R&D initiatives in AI, biotech, or climate tech
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- Expertise in scenario planning and exponential technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience with neuro-ergonomics and human-AI collaboration systems
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ breakthrough innovations deployed at scale
- Certification in Ethical AI Design (IEEE) or equivalent
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation platforms
