Responsibilities
- Architect novel AI frameworks integrating quantum computing principles with neural networks
- Lead cross-functional research teams in developing ethical AI governance protocols
- Publish breakthrough findings in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Design adaptive AI systems capable of autonomous learning across domains
- Collaborate with policy makers to shape global AI regulatory frameworks
- Mentor PhD researchers and foster innovation through hackathons
- Secure multi-million dollar research grants from NSF and DARPA
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Cognitive Neuroscience with 5+ years industry experience
- Published 15+ peer-reviewed papers in AI/ML or quantum computing
- Expertise in transformer architectures, quantum machine learning, and explainable AI
- Proven track record of securing $500k+ in research funding
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing platforms (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of AI ethics and alignment challenges
- Experience with neuro-symbolic integration and AGI safety protocols
- Strong public speaking skills for presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
