Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-resistant AI algorithms for next-generation autonomous systems
- Lead research in emergent neural networks and machine consciousness
- Develop predictive models for societal impact forecasting and ethical AI governance
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to hybridize classical and quantum AI paradigms
- Pioneer novel approaches to explainable AI and human-machine symbiosis
- Secure $10M+ in government and private research grants
- Mentor PhD candidates in our AI Futures incubator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum AI, Machine Learning, or Computational Neuroscience (or equivalent)
- 5+ years publishing in Nature/Science/NeurIPS with ≥20 peer-reviewed papers
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Proven track record of commercializing AI research (≥2 patents/IP portfolios)
- Deep understanding of AGI safety protocols and existential risk mitigation
- Proficiency in tensor processing units and neuromorphic computing
- Experience with distributed AI training at petascale (≥10,000 GPU clusters)
