Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using advanced scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technology intersections
- Produce high-impact trend reports with actionable recommendations for C-suite
- Design human-centered adaptation strategies for workforce automation shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions in our Innovation Lab
- Represent the company at global futures conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Proven ability to translate complex scenarios into executable strategies
- Strong background in behavioral economics and societal impact modeling
- Certification in Futures Methodologies (e.g., CFS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major foresight projects with measurable outcomes
