Responsibilities
Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for 2026 and beyond, focusing on emerging tech.Lead R&D initiatives in Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Synthetic Biology.Collaborate with executive leadership to align futuristic technology strategies with core business objectives.Identify and mitigate risks associated with the adoption of cutting-edge technologies.Oversee the integration of next-gen infrastructure into existing enterprise ecosystems.Present complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and impact.Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the technical team.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D, or a related technical field.Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through significant technological transitions.Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing principles.Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (PhD preferred).Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic insights.Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.Certification in Strategic Management or Technology Forecasting is a plus.
