Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI, quantum, and biotech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and competitive intelligence analysis
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling data narratives
- Manage R&D partnerships with global academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough technologies in development
- Mentor senior engineers and product designers on future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching products with 10+ year market impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier tech publications
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global partnerships
