Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen consumer experiences
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and quantum research institutions
- Present technology forecasts to the Board of Directors and SEC stakeholders
- Manage a $25M innovation portfolio with 18-month ROI horizons
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and UN Tech Summits
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in CTO/Chief Innovation Officer roles
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering preferred
- Published research in Nature or Science on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching $100M+ tech products
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, blockchain 3.0, and neuromorphic computing
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder management
- Security clearance for government quantum collaboration projects
- Portfolio of 3+ patented technologies with commercial traction
