Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology leadership with proven 10-year roadmap execution
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neural networks, and exponential tech trends
- Executive-level experience securing $100M+ innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership on 4IR or technological singularity
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism preferred
