Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to prioritize R&D investments and innovation portfolios
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present technology strategies to stakeholders and investors with compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies and future-proofing practices
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for cutting-edge research
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching futuristic tech products or initiatives
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable energy systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences and investors
- Certification in strategic innovation management (e.g., from Stanford or MIT)
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry white papers
